We help protect children and adults from measles, rubella, and mumps: Pharm Aid delivers a batch of vaccines to the regions

April 3, 2026

PHARM AID Company, together with the Country for Children Charitable Foundation, continues to develop a joint program to promote vaccination against measles, rubella and mumps in the regions of Russia.

Another batch of the TRIVAID combined vaccine for the prevention of measles, rubella and mumps has been delivered to the Ministry of Health of the Altai Territory. The volume of care amounted to more than 2,000 doses. The drugs will be sent to medical institutions in the region for mass routine immunization, including children in hospitals, orphanages, boarding schools and other social institutions.

The need to organize the program is due to the fact that cases of dangerous diseases are being recorded in Russia again. For example, in 2024, according to Rospotrebnadzor, the incidence of measles increased by 11 times compared to the previous year, with 22,500 cases reported. Four children died from the disease, which can be prevented by vaccination[1].

The vaccination schedule includes vaccinations against measles, rubella, and mumps, but in practice, regions face challenges. Some imported vaccines have left the market, and domestic alternatives are not always available in sufficient quantities. In this context, socially responsible businesses and charitable foundations are seeking innovative and effective solutions to support the healthcare system and protect children.

A Russian pharmaceutical company and the "Country for Children" charitable foundation have decided to assist Russian regions in conducting mass vaccinations. The company is providing the vaccine to regional ministries of health on a gratuitous basis, and the charity fund "Country for Children" has taken over all the logistics.

The Altai Territory was one of the first regions to receive a modern vaccine as part of a large-scale charity program.

"It is important for us not only to be present in the market, but also to help the regions meet their vaccination needs where it is most needed. Altai Krai is a region with an active demographic policy, and we are glad that our help will come here. I would like to emphasize that our drug is registered in Russia and complies with all safety standards," commented Azamat Metov, CEO of PHARM AID.

Igor Pyatnitsa, Director of the Country for Children Charitable Foundation, noted that the organization already has experience in interacting with regional ministries of health.: "We are pleased to use our experience in building aid routes and become partners in the mass vaccination program in the regions of Russia. We consider this program to be a very important area for the Foundation, as it is a direct testament to how effective and beneficial the collaboration between socially responsible businesses and charities can be."

In the near future, the vaccine will be distributed to medical facilities in the region in accordance with the needs and schedule of routine mass immunization.

The joint program between PHARM AID and the "Country for Children" Foundation will be continued and expanded. The plans include sending the vaccine to other regions of Russia and organizing joint socially significant events.

The company has established a pharmacovigilance system in accordance with Russian and international requirements.
