Since 2010, Yuriy Erokhin has been managing a number of major investment projects related to the construction of pharmaceutical enterprises, where he dealt with a broad range of aspects, from acquiring the right land to establishing a fully operational facility. These projects include LENS-Pharm (Veropharm Plant), later acquired by Abbott, and the NovaMedica Plant, a joint investment project with Pfizer. He has worked with Russian and European design companies, as well as leading European equipment manufacturers, and occupied various other roles within the pharmaceutical and medical industries. Yuriy graduated from the Moscow State University of Instrumentation and Informatics with a degree in mechanical engineering.

The company has established a pharmacovigilance system in accordance with Russian and international requirements.
